Accounting Assistant/clerk

We are a busy Construction Management company looking for a full time dynamic entry level, accounting assistant to join our team.

Must be proficient with Quickbooks, and be able to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment. Organized, honest, punctual, and excellent communication skills, are a must. Procore experience is an asset.

**This is an in office position.**

Accounting and clerical support

Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records

Daily entry of AP information

AR invoicing and EFT preparations

Liaise with customers and vendors

Complete full and final closures

Assist in month end closing and quarterly reporting

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Work Location: One location
