**Responsabilités**:

- Dépanner et réparer les systèmes électromécaniques.
- Effectuer l'entretien préventif des systèmes électromécaniques.
- Installer et configurer des systèmes électromécaniques.
- Tester et calibrer des systèmes électromécaniques.
- Tenir un registre des réparations et de l'entretien.
- Lire et interpréter des schémas, des diagrammes et des plans.
- Coordoner avec les fournisseurs externes au besoin.
- Être responsable de coordonner l'entretien ménager et du bâtiment en général.
- Participer au comité de santé et sécurité au travail.
- Participer à des rencontre avec la direction pour déterminer les priorités d'amélioration.

**Qualifications pour le poste**:

- 5+ ans d'expérience dans l'entretien et la réparation mécanique de la machinerie;
- 3+ ans dans un rôle de gestion;
- Capacité à classer et prioriser plusieurs projets à la fois;
- Solides compétences en matière de consolidation d'équipe et de gestion;
- Une familiarité avec les outils du métier;
- Expérience de travail sur la mécanique de grande hauteur, un atout;
- Solides compétences en communication;
- Un permis de conduire valide;
