Location: Bolton, ON

This role works primarily in the shipping and receiving department but will assist in inventory and product staging along with regular shipping duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Booking trucks with carriers
- Creating customs invoices through broker’s web-based system
- Creating a packing list from Sage, printing CofAs
- Labeling skids for shipping as required
- Arranging all courier shipments
- Maintaining the shipping log
- Matching incoming shipments to purchase orders
- Labeling material as required
- Putting away material
- Ensuring you have SDS for incoming material
- Maintaining the receiving log
- Inventory
- Product staging
- Changing box/totes in production
- Plant cleaning electric ride on floor scrubber
- Garbage / Cardboard recycling
- Staging truck loads

Skills and Experience:

- Ability to prepare customs paperwork for shipments going into the USA
- Knowledge of the freight industry, general regulations
- Ability to complete a bill of lading
- Valid Counterbalance Propane Forklift License
- Well versed with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
- Knowledge of customs paperwork for USA
