- Starting Rate $21.72
- after 9 months $22.45
- after 18 months $23,79
- after 27 months $25.06

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform Routine Machine Maintenance as required.
- Produce and maintain finished product as per company standards.
- Assist with raw material and machine set up.
- Constantly meet production schedule plan and goals.
- Start and shutdown machines and monitor their operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of machinery and assigned work areas.
- Follow company procedures and policies.
- Conduct constant visual quality control audits.
- Conduct minor repairs and adjustments to machines as required.
- Work with team to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Reduce waste.
- Communicate effectively with Supervisor, Mechanics and Team Members.
- Lift up to 50lbs.
- Other duties as assigned.

Orientation and all training will occur on afternoon shift (Monday to Thursday 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM)

When all training is completed (Estimated 4 weeks) Employee will be switched to Day shift (6:00am - 2:30 pm)
