**Role**

Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for leading all the finance and accounting functions of the Company. The CFO role is a critical, tactical, and strategic executive position working collaboratively with the company's CEO, COO, senior leadership team and Board to execute on the strategic plan.

The CFO is a key leadership role and is responsible for financial management of the company as well as the development and execution of the company's short and long-term strategies. The CFO is expected to be a true "business partner" and work effectively across all functional areas to support the achievement of financial, operational, and strategic organizational goals.

**Responsibilities**

**Organization Leadership**
- Be a catalyst for change and contribute as a leader to the overall operation and culture of accountability, while fostering our core values.
- Build the team through organizational planning, recruitment, compensation models and ensuring ongoing development through performance management programs.
- Actively contribute to the go-to-market strategy and the supporting budget for discussion and finalization with the executive team.
- Partner with the leaders and supporting teams in each region to deliver profitable revenue growth and expand the global market; gather needs specific to the regions and work with shared services teams to support the local market needs.
- Prepare internal updates for company and board meetings, as required.

**Financial Leadership**
- Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive financial model to manage growth.
- Develop and maintain a management dashboard to monitor operational metrics, financial results and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans to drive growth.
- Collaborate with department leaders to create and monitor business budgets, measurements and reporting.
- Report financial and operational results to the management team, board of directors and external lenders, as required.
- Build and manage a high functioning finance, accounting and administrative team.
- Build and maintain a world class financial operation, including financial and operational systems, processes and procedures.

**Operations & Corporate Development**
- Manage the accounting, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury functions.
- Manage the accounting and corporate taxation for all global entities, including transfer pricing and sales tax remittances.
- Oversee the accounting and reconciliation for all revenue streams.
- Oversee the company's invoicing and payment reconciliation process.
- Support all M&A activities.
- Lead acquisition due diligence and M&A integration, as required.
- Assist with negotiation and management of contractual agreements with customers, partners and suppliers.
- Provide support to the sales organization on all new and existing revenue streams and models.

**Controls and Compliance**
- Maintain relationship with the company's external auditors and deliver final audited statements for Board approval within prescribed timelines.
- Manage the company's relationship with external lenders - ensure compliance with all debt covenants and monthly/quarterly/annual reporting requirements.
- Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile.
- Monitor any legal issues involving the company and affecting the industry.
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
- Ensure that the company complies with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
