Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team as Independent contractor. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our customers. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

**Duties**:

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems, electrical fixtures, and HVAC systems
- Install and repair doors, windows, and other fixtures
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed
- Handle basic carpentry work, including building shelves, cabinets, and furniture
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from our customers.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Must have car/ mode of transportation
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Must be able to get Liability Insurance
- Knows how to use navigate Apps to receive orders.
