Plumber

- Install and service plumbing systems, fixtures, Mechanical equipment.
- Reads blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Knowledge of the standard methods, materials and equipment used in plumbing
- Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance meet the requirements of the appropriate codes
- Mentor apprentices as required
- Perform scheduled maintenance service on plumbing systems and fixtures
- Ability to follow the Company and Health and Safety Policies

Qualifications:

- Licensed Red Seal Plumber, COT Registered in good standing
- 306A license and previous experience in their field with excellent mechanical aptitude.
- Commercial and Institutional construction an asset
- Valid G drivers license and transportation
- Gas License (G1-3) an asset

**Salary**: $29.63-$44.46 per hour

- Chelmsford, ON P0M 1L0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- plumbing: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- plumbing license (preferred)
