**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, SEO, and content marketing.
- Knowledge of retail, wholesale and distribution channels are an asset.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends for informed decision-making.
- Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.

**Working Attributes**
- **Hours**: Work hours may extend beyond the typical nine-to-five, requiring flexibility to accommodate different time zones and peak business periods.
- **Travel Requirements**: Some regional, national, and international travel is required. A valid passport is necessary.
- **Driver’s License**: Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- **Background Check**: A clear criminal record check is required.
