**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Community college diploma from an Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy Assistant Program
- One year previous experience working in fast paced, acute care hospital setting preferred
- Applies NH values and professional practice standards to patient/client care and service
- Demonstrated commitment to patient/client centered care
- Must be able to bend, reach, lift and transfer patients on a frequent basis throughout the day
- Evidence of effective customer service, organizational, interpersonal, communication, judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within an inter-disciplinary team
- Flexible, self-directed and able to work effectively with mínimal supervision
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Programs
- Must be available for all shifts, vacation replacement, sick time and paid holidays
- Proficiency in both official languages (English and French) will be considered an asset
