We are currently seeking an individual to join our team as a Construction Foreman for projects in Winnipeg and Southeastern Manitoba.

Primary Responsibilities;
- Work as part of a team to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Prepare work sites for sub trades and assist with a wide range of construction activities
- Framing, forming, finish carpentry and renovation tasks
- Fire calking, moving materials, skid steer work, site cleanliness
- Coordinate site activities with Site Supervisor and Project Manager
- Order and coordinate delivery/pickup/returns of materials and supplies
- Follow health and safety regulations and participate in company safety program

Qualifications;
- 5-10 years’ experience in carpentry (framing, concrete, etc.)
- Working knowledge of the safe and proper use of power tools and hand tools
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and tools
- Class 5 Drivers License and reliable transportation
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with attention to detail
- Motivated and confident with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to think critically to resolve issues
