The Neighbourhood Group of Companies that operates The Wooly Pub (Guelph), Borealis Grille & Bar (Guelph & Kitchener), Miijidaa Café + Bistro (Guelph) and Park Eatery (Guelph) are looking for a Beverage Manager to work at our Borealis Kitchener location.

We are looking for a motivated individual with at least 3 years of hospitality management experience in a similar role. Knowledge of pos, inventory, reservation and scheduling systems and software, such as Silverware POS, Optimum Control, Ameego and Open Table is a definite asset.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Curate a Local and Seasonal Beverage Program: Source high-quality, locally-produced ingredients to create a rotating menu of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages that celebrate the flavours of the region and the season.

2. Craft Creative and Unique Cocktails: Collaborate with your team to develop and refine a diverse selection of signature cocktails that showcase the versatility of local and seasonal ingredients.

3. Lead and Inspire a Talented Team: Foster a collaborative and supportive environment where team members are empowered to share their ideas, experiment with new techniques, and continuously elevate their craft.

4. Maintain Exceptional Standards: Uphold strict standards of quality, consistency, and cleanliness in all aspects of bar operations, from inventory management and preparation techniques to service execution and guest interactions.

5. Stay Current with Industry Trends: Be engaged in emerging trends and innovations in the beverage industry, incorporating new techniques, ingredients, and concepts into our offerings to keep our beverage program fresh and exciting.

6. Provide Outstanding Guest Experiences: Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality, ensuring that every guest interaction exceeds expectations and leaves a lasting impression.

Pay: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
