**Position overview**

YVR is embarking on a journey to reimagine and transform our workplace experience in a post-pandemic world. If you are a workplace professional experienced in serving diverse and complex workforces, we invite you to join us as our **Workplace Specialist - Future Workplace**. Reporting to the Manager, Culture you will operationalize our Future Workplace strategy, align it with our cultural framework, and navigate a rapidly evolving environment. Leveraging your expertise, you will support the Future Workplace renovation program in collaboration with our Design partners and project team, in service of our people. This role works closely with the Workplace Experience Specialist and the Workplace Coordinator roles.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Collaborate and support the Culture team to align deliverables and leverage opportunities for efficiencies and value adds through research and consultation, identifying assumptions, challenges and opportunities
- Develop relationships and coordinate engagement with key internal stakeholders to ensure that the program receives appropriate inputs aligned with our outcomes and strategic priorities and regularly inform the organization of the program’s objectives and progress
- Coordinating, scheduling, and documenting project deliverables, meetings, tours, and reference materials to ensure necessary resources are available, communication is efficient, and deadlines are met
- Accurately documenting and recording the organization's space program, hierarchy charts, and related documents to reflect future hires, space needs, and locations
- Developing supporting policies, procedures, and standards to realize the long-term value of the program

**Key qualifications include**:

- Minimum of five years of experience in workplace and/or airport operations coordination supplemented by a diploma or higher in business administration, facilities management, interior design, or a related field
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics for informed decision-making, recommendations, and streamlined information
- In-depth knowledge of workplace best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities, building effective relationships across diverse teams
- Planning, organizational, and time management skills, including multitasking, prioritization, task delegation, and schedule creation
- Proficiency in Microsoft O365 Suite, Adobe Suite, and internal systems, with a keen aptitude for embracing new technology
