Campground Maintenance

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

**Duties**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Operate and maintain irrigation systems
- Remove weeds, leaves, and other debris from outdoor areas
- Repair and replace damaged outdoor structures, such as fences or benches
- Assist with snow removal during winter months
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and stored
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries

Qualifications:

- Experience working in grounds maintenance or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for irrigation systems or outdoor structures
- Basic understanding of electrical systems for troubleshooting purposes
- Proficient in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Leadership skills to supervise and guide other maintenance workers if needed
- Welding or fabrication skills are a plus

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $16.94-$26.06 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
