**Duties And Responsibilities**:
Provide quality customer service to (students and international agents) in accordance with the policies of the school and the YMCA international language school;
Carry out administrative tasks pertaining to the admissions, registration, and re-registration processes of foreign students;
Help students obtain visas or other official documents required to study in Canada;
In collaboration with our partners, we coordinate the logistics pertaining to the international students’ stays;
Ensure the students’ satisfaction throughout their stay;
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with our international partners (accredited agents, International partners, and others);
Explore new international markets, build a dossier (market research, statistics, search for partners), and submit it to your immediate supervisor and the Director of the School for development approval;
Promote the school’s language programs and services during education fairs, to international agents, and during other promotional events;
Participate in certain activities organized for the students;
Take initiative as required and in accordance with the daily needs of the school;
Adhere to the YMCA’s Child Protection Policies and Procedures.
Understand and integrate the value of philanthropy into both specific positions and the Association, and participate in the Annual Campaign and/or other fundraising events.
Flexibility in personal schedule to involve extended periods of travel, independent work and office hours.
Skill in time management and utilizing work time to its maximum effectiveness.
Proactive goal setter and achiever.
M/S Office Suite skills in word processing, spreadsheets and database.
Skill in following a recruiting plan for an assigned region.
Excel in a fast paced, high pressure and team-oriented work environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues in enrolment management, academics, student life, and across campus.
Qualifications:
Minimum college degree or equivalent;
A minimum of two (2) to three (3) years' experience working in a similar position or equivalent;
Experience in direct customer service (an asset)
Very strong computer skills (Windows OS, Outlook, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, internet));
Ability to communicate in French and English
Fluency in a spanish language is a required.
Status: full-time
**Salary**: In accordance with the YMCA salary scale,
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Répondre par courriel aux différentes demandes d’information quant aux programmes et services offerts par l’école aux étudiants internationaux;
Expérience prouvée en vente.
effectuer les tâches administratives reliées au processus d’admission, d’inscription et de réinscription des étudiants étrangers;
Aider les étudiants à obtenir their visas (demandes d’hébergement, d’assurance médicales, d’excursions, etc.);
S’assurer de la satisfaction des étudiants tout au long de leur séjour;
Développer, entretenir et maintenir de solides relations avec nos partenaires internationaux (agents accrédités, partenaires étrangers et autres);
Prospecter de nouveaux marchés internationaux, monter un dossier (études de marchés, statistiques, recherches de partenariats) et le soumettre à sa supérieure immédiate et à la Direction de l’école pour approbation de développement;
Promouvoir à l’étranger les programmes et services de l’école lors de fêtes d’éducation, auprès d’agents internationaux ou lors d’autres événements promotionnels;
Offrir un service à la clientèle (étudiants et agents internationaux) de qualité et selon les standards et les policies de l’école et du YMCA;
Participer à certaines activités organisées pour les étudiants;
Adhérer aux politiques et procédures du YMCA régissant la protection des enfants et des personnes vulnérables;
Comprendre et intégrer la valeur de la philanthropie au sein de son poste et dans l’Association, et participer à des activités/events de collecte de fonds.
Exercer son rôle de conseiller à l’occasion des visites d'écoles, des journées portes ouvertes, des salons carrières, des ateliers virtuels, etc;
