Job Description: Are you passionate about helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership? Do you possess exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of the mortgage industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Mortgage Agent - Inbound Lead Specialist.
As a Mortgage Agent - Inbound Lead Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing mortgage solutions to our valued customers. You will be responsible for managing a steady stream of inbound leads, guiding potential borrowers through the mortgage process, and ensuring their financial needs are met with the best possible mortgage options.

- Leads are primarily targeting active refinance, new purchase, and pre-approval mortgage customers
- By outsourcing your lead generation to me, you can focus on what you do best - closing deals.
- Full-service in-house underwriting is available
- Ongoing comprehensive training
- Weekly full-team meetings and ongoing training seminars
- Weekly lender presentations
- In-office or remote work from home
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to a high volume of inbound leads promptly and professionally
- Assess client needs and financial profiles to determine the most suitable mortgage products and terms
- Explain mortgage options, rates, and terms clearly and effectively, helping clients make informed decisions
- Liaise with lenders, underwriters, and other relevant parties to ensure a smooth mortgage approval process
- Stay updated on industry trends, mortgage regulations, and lending policies to provide accurate and up-to-date advice
Qualifications:
- Valid Mortgage Agent License
- Some experience is preferred but not required
- An understanding of mortgage products, rates, and lending criteria is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of leads efficiently
- Proficient in using mortgage software and other relevant tools
- Strong ethical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements
