**Job Summary**:
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Oilfield Labourers to join our team in the industrial cleaning division. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in the oilfield industry, specifically in the field of industrial cleaning. As an Oilfield Labourer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of various oilfield sites. This position involves working rotational shifts in North Alberta, with long hours and potential for overtime.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks, such as high-pressure water blasting, tank cleaning, and spill response.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure the safe and efficient completion of cleaning operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance requirements.
- Work collaboratively with a team to achieve project objectives and meet client expectations.
- Perform general labor duties, including but not limited to site setup, material handling, and equipment maintenance.
- Comply with environmental regulations and proper waste disposal practices.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and work orders.
- Follow company policies and procedures to promote a culture of safety, excellence, and professionalism.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid CSO, H2S, First Aid, Confined Space and Fall protection certifications.
- Previous experience in the oilfield industry or related field is preferred.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to adapt to changing work schedules and locations within North Alberta.
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning processes and equipment is an asset.
