Boba Barista

We are seeking 2 enthusastic bubble tea baristas to join our team. As a bubble tea barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving delicious and visually appealing bubble tea drinks to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve bubble tea drinks to customers
- Take and process customer orders
- Ensure quality and consistency of drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Upsell menu items and make recommendations to customers
- Handle cash and card transactions
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of different types of bubble tea and flavor combinations
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
- Must be reliable and punctual

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Salary**: $15.65-$21.87 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Victoria, BC V8W 2G5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
