**Position Overview**:
**Here are the responsibilities of this role**:

- Manage all shipments by coordinating with logistic partners to ensure all delivery deadlines are met and escalate challenges appropriately along the way
- Analyze quality reports and weekly logistic data to make related process improvement recommendations that improve the overall delivery experience for our member
- Continuously collaborate with production, shipping and member happiness teams to ensure delivery success
- Develop, implement, improve and maintain efficient systems that ensure that all deliveries are reaching the customer on time and in proper condition
- Develop, deploy, and monitor new value-add logistic initiatives
- Manage and monitor the flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers
- Develop and implement logistics plans and processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, carriers, and other service providers
- Monitor and report on supply chain performance metrics, such as on-time delivery and cost savings
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of records
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers

**Warehouse operations and staff management**:

- Assist in supervising and managing warehouse workers, sorters, and other support staff
- Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and safety
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, including inventory levels, and quality

**Requirements**:
**Requirements and qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Knowledge of logistics systems and processes-Understanding of inventory management and forecasting
- Detail-oriented - You possess strong organizational skills and consistently demonstrate a methodical approach to all your work
- A natural communicator - You can explain information and processes to a variety of audiences written and verbally
- Fluent in Excel - You have an ability to develop creative solutions with existing tools and are comfortable learning new technologies
- Analytical - quantitatively minded with demonstrated operational or financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
