Agri-Tel Grain Ltd. is a Grain Merchandising and Bird Food Processing company. It is a diversified processing, packaging, and merchandising company. **Purpose of the Job**
**1. Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
**Equipment & Production Responsibilities**:
- Train on and become familiar with the bell machine in order to operate it daily.
- Set glue amounts
- Set weights
- Startup bell machine
- Shut down bell machine
- Trouble shoot bell machine.
- Prepare and transfer glue when required.
- Meet production quotas for making formed products.
- Ensure correct sticks are being used, whenever applicable.
- Complete all paperwork for making formed products.
**Other Duties**:
- Must be able to cover coffee & lunch breaks if required
- Must be willing to help cover employee absences and vacation time.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area including cleaning the machines.
- Performs routine housekeeping and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Identifies and reports unsafe work conditions or situations.
- Complies with Safe Work Procedures
**2. Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment**:
- Min education - High School
- No minimum experience - training will be provided
- Able to work repetitive job on production line
- Physically able to lift 10lbs - 15lbs of product
- Must be a team player and should be punctual
- Flexible to work on different shifts
- Ability to read, write and speak, English language fluently
**3. Working Conditions**
- This is a year-round, full time position where you may be asked to work a variety of shifts of 8 hours each with a possibility of overtime.
- Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts
- Reports to the bell room supervisor
**4. Position Offers**
- Hiring for 2 positions
- Competitive pay of 18.50 / hour
