Job Summary:
Join our team as a Bookkeeper where you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts, and ensuring precision in financial transactions. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with expertise in accounting software and a genuine interest in financial management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize accounting software QuickBooks to record and process financial transactions accurately.
- Efficiently manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial statements.
- Assist in payroll processing and budgeting activities to support financial planning.
- Aid in maintaining financial records and preparing reports for the organization.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks Desktop.
- Familiarity with account reconciliation, payroll processing, and budgeting.
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or related roles is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial data.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
