**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a visionary Design Manager who can lead our creative team. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills. The Design Manager will be at the forefront of driving the creative vision across various mediums, with a particular focus on vehicle wraps, interactive solutions, and branding.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and integrate the design aspects of vehicle wraps, interactive projects, and branding initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of designers, ensuring a cohesive and innovative approach to all projects.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into compelling design solutions.
- Manage the design process from concept through to production, ensuring that all projects are delivered to the highest standard and on schedule.
- Work in tandem with the manufacturing and interactive technology teams to ensure feasibility and quality in execution.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in design, vehicle graphics, and interactive technology, and incorporate these into our work.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning within the design team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Media, or proven experience in related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in a design role, with a proven track record in vehicle graphics, interactive design, or related fields.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in graphic design, vehicle wrap design, and/or interactive projects.
- Proficiency in the latest design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with interactive technology tools.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing a multidisciplinary design team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering innovative design solutions.
