**Qualifications and assets**:
Applicants must be able to teach courses in the broad areas of adult education, philosophy of education, sociology of education, and international/comparative education. Preference would be given to applicants with a completed PhD in Education with a specialization in Adult Education and/or Educational Foundations discipline (ABD will also be considered). Other desirable assets include expertise in adult education internship programs, Indigenous and decolonial perspectives, knowledge of the Quebec Education Program (QEP), prior university teaching experience, and a working knowledge of French.
