**Mission**:
Atlas Copco Power Technique Canada, a division of Atlas Copco Canada Inc. is looking for a Service Planner, to take responsibility for maintaining our Service Centre’s Parts and Service administration process and routines, providing improved communication, documentation, support, and training.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
As the Service Planner, reporting to the Service Centre Manager, you will be the heart of the planning and administration of the daily field activities. You will be responsible for all aspects of service administration in the Service Centre, including answering inquiries, processing service orders, solving problems concerning the inventory for the service jobs, pricing, deliveries, back order notification, warranty inquiries, credits, etc.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Planning and deploying the service, repair, and maintenance work, and any other site-specific needs
- Update and maintain equipment in SAP and assist field service technicians with time entry to MAM2.
- Monitor warranty orders to conclude in a timely manner and update in WOL as info is requested.
- Schedule and conduct weekly Work In Progress (WIP) meetings with the Service Manager to ensure all open orders are closed as needed.
- Schedule shipment of parts as needed to other service centres.
- Code and submit invoices for payment to AP department and follow up on vendor payment requests.
- Approve invoices for payment through Esker, in accordance with the Company’s Prokura.
- Filing - Create new files for work orders, vendor invoices, and other documents as needed.
- Collect credit card payments from cash sales customers.
- Understand and fulfill the requirements of company Policies not limited to Technical Warranty, Product Liability and Occupational Health, Safety and Environment.
- Check parts delivery status and create MyQuest tickets to expedite back ordered parts from a supplier.

**Rôles et responsabilités**:
En tant que planificateur/ice de service, relevant du directeur de service, vous serez au cœur de la planification et de l'administration des activités quotidiennes sur le terrain. Vous serez responsable de tous les aspects de l'administration du service dans le centre de service, y compris répondre aux demandes de renseignements, traiter les commandes de service, résoudre les problèmes concernant l'inventaire des travaux de service, les prix, les livraisons, les notifications de commandes en souffrance, les demandes de garantie, les crédits, etc.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Répondre aux appels/courriels entrants des clients et fournir un support au service client.
- Planifier et déployer les travaux de service, de réparation et de maintenance et tout autre besoin spécifique au centre de service.
- Mettre à jour et entretenir l'équipement dans SAP et aider les techniciens de service avec leur rapport de service et temps dans MAM2.
- Surveiller les commandes de garantie pour conclure en temps opportun et mettre à jour toutes les informations demandées.
- Planifier et mener des réunions hebdomadaires WIP Work In Progress avec le gestionnaire de service pour s'assurer que toutes les commandes ouvertes sont fermées en temps et lieu.
- Planifier l'expédition des pièces selon les besoins vers d'autres centres de service.
- Coder et soumettre les factures pour paiement au service des comptes payables et assurer le suivi des demandes de paiement des fournisseurs.
- Approuver les factures pour paiement via Esker, conformément au règle de la Société.
- Classement - créez de nouveaux fichiers pour les bons de travail, les factures des fournisseurs et d'autres documents au besoin.
- Collectez les paiements par carte de crédit des clients.
