**What will you be doing?**
- Responsible for our customers experiences
- Customer Service skills -making sure every birthday is a special one to the guest
- Setting up birthdays
- Presenting menus and serving food and beverages; maintaining knowledge of all menus
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Check in with parents to ensure that party is running to their specifications.
- Ensure that all birthday party rooms are stocked and clean
- Assist with meal preparation as required.
- Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the facility

**What we're looking for?**
- Team players with great customer service.
- Positive, outgoing personalities who thrive in a party environment
- Previous experience working with children preferred, i.e. babysitting, camp.
- Previous experience (work, volunteering) in program delivery for Children an asset but not necessary.
- Experience in customer conflict resolution.

**Additional Information**:
This is a part-time ongoing position. Availability: evenings and weekends.
