Aggregate Division Supervisor

Genco Asphalt Inc. currently has an opportunity to join our team. We are seeking a full-time Aggregate Division Supervisor. Genco Asphalt is a privately owned, operated, and family-based company. Genco has provided Estevan, Weyburn, and the surrounding communities in Saskatchewan with road services for over 25 years. **Responsibilities**:
- Manage and operate a modern crushing spread
- Monitor the plant to ensure the plant is running safely and production is consistent
- Perform daily checks on conveyors, screen deck and crusher components
- Clean, lubricate, and perform routine maintenance work on machinery (mechanical experience necessary)
- Report crusher issues and required wear parts in a timely manner
- Perform conveyor moves as needed
- Adjust crusher settings to optimize performance and gradation
- Maintain strong communications with other crew members to ensure efficient and safe workflow
- Complete all necessary daily paperwork. May include but not limited to, daily logs, vehicle inspection logs, hours of service, etc.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years experience in operation and maintenance of crushing spreads
- Experience running heavy equipment ex. Loader, skid-steer etc. (Powered Mobile Equipment Certificate)
- Use of personal protection equipment is required
- Must be willing to travel to other work sites
- Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations
