Key Responsibilities:
**Receiving & Documentation**
- Receive and inspect incoming parts and materials for accuracy and quality.
- Document and log received parts in the ERP environment.
- Maintain and update the Master Inventory Sheet with accurate stock levels.
- Prepare and process requisition forms for required materials.
- Keep detailed records of received parts, vendor information, and inventory movement.

**Inventory Organization & Maintenance**
- Properly store, label, and categorize inventory to optimize warehouse space.
- Ensure materials are stored in designated locations based on usage (e.g., bins, floor stock for built machines, inventory stock).
- Regularly conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Organize inventory in a way that promotes efficiency and easy access for production teams.

**Inventory Readiness for Machine Assembly**
- Prepare bins with the required parts for each machine assembly, ensuring all necessary components are readily available for production.
- Work closely with the production and machine shop team to anticipate material needs and prevent shortages.
- Ensure that necessary parts are readily available for upcoming machine assembly projects.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to stay updated on expected parts deliveries, track incoming orders, and estimate arrival times to maintain production readiness.
- Track and report low-stock items to Purchasing for timely replenishment.

**ERP & Reporting**
- Accurately input inventory data into the ERP system.
- Generate and analyze reports related to inventory levels, stock movements, and material usage.
- Assist in improving inventory tracking and reporting processes.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in inventory management in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Proficiency in Fishbowl ERP (or similar inventory management systems).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to read and understand BOM.
- Knowledge of receiving, stock organization, and inventory documentation best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, and other inventory tracking tools).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience using ERP systems for inventory management.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and machine assembly requirements.
- Forklift certification (if applicable).

**Working Conditions**:

- Primarily warehouse and manufacturing floor-based role.
- Requires occasional lifting, moving, and organizing materials.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines for inventory management.

Expected hours: 40 per week
