This is a new program expansion site for Gynecologic Oncology in BC. The successful applicants will have:

- Work as part of a clinical academic team providing Gynecologic Oncology expertise and treatment to patients.
- Hold a clinical faculty appointment in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at UBC and enthusiastically involve learners in clinical activities, participate in educational program development and student evaluations.
- Participate in full service Gynecologic Oncology care including surgery, clinics, chemotherapy, and colposcopy.
- Report to the to the Head of the Department of Surgery Kelowna General Hospital, the Executive Medical Director BCCA Kelowna, and UBC Head of the Division of Gynecologic Oncology.

**As per the current Public Health Order, full vaccination against COVID-19 is a condition of employment with PHSA as of October 26, 2021.**

**What you bring**:

- RCPSC subspecialty training in Gynecologic Oncology.
- Eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia.
- A fellowship from the RCPSC, or an equivalent, by the time of appointment.
- Eligibility to hold a clinical faculty appointment at UBC.
- Meet the requirements for appointment to medical staff of BC Cancer and Kelowna General Hospital.
- Commitment to upholding the shared responsibility of creating lasting and meaningful reconciliation in Canada as per TRC (2015) and BC's Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act (2019).
- Knowledge of social, economic, political and historical realities impacting indigenous communities and familiarity with Indigenous Cultural Safety and anti-racism and accompanying reports (BC DRIPA, TRC, etc.).
