Chez WSP, nos équipes en efficacité énergétique de bâtiment, basées en proximité de la majorité des bureaux au Québec, regroupent des professionnels de tout gabarit et formation afin de répondre aux besoins de notre clientèle. Nous comptons dans nos rangs des ingénieurs en mécanique, en électricité et en construction, des techniciens de différentes disciplines, des urbanistes, des professionnels en réfrigération et en régulation automatique, des experts en simulation énergétique et des spécialistes en développement durable de bâtiment. Nous sommes impliqués tant au niveau des études préprojet qu’au niveau de la réalisation des mandats de construction, d’agrandissement ou de rénovation. Nous intervenons sur tous les types de bâtiments commercial, institutionnel et industriel des marchés privé et public. Nous offrons l’ensemble des services d’efficacité énergétique incluant les audits, les bilans énergétiques, de carbone et d’eau, le recommissioning, le suivi écoénergétique, la mise en mise, le contrôle et vérification énergétique, la certification de bâtiment (LEED, Boma, WELL, Fitwel, zéro énergie, zéro carbone, etc.), le montage des aides financières, les révisions de dossier pour Énergir, le CBDCa, etc. ainsi que la simulation énergétique.

Compte tenu des besoins grandissants dans notre secteur, nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne curieuse intellectuellement, ayant un grand intérêt pour le domaine de l’optimisation des systèmes mécaniques et électriques de bâtiment et de l’efficacité énergétique ainsi que les défis qu’il comprend afin de pourvoir un poste d’Analyste en efficacité énergétique de bâtiment au sein de notre équipe.

**Responsabilités**
- Réaliser différentes activités liées à l’efficacité énergétique
- Participer à des audits énergétiques (identification de mesures, bilan énergétique et analyse technico-économique)
- Participer à des activités de mise en service (commissioning) et de remise en service (recommissioning)
- Effectuer des simulations énergétiques avec l’aide de logiciels reconnus
- Participer aux activités de suivi écoénergétique
- Effectuer le montage de documents pour fins d’obtention d’aides financières en efficacité énergétique
- Participer à la conception pour l’implantation de mesures en efficacité énergétique
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes jugées pertinentes dans le cadre du poste
- Rédiger des rapports d’études de modernisation énergétique et des recommandations de concepts sur les projets;
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes jugées pertinentes dans le cadre du poste.

**Nous aimerions avoir de vos nouvelles si **
- Baccalauréat en génie mécanique ou toute autre formation jugée équivalente
- 1 an et plus d’expérience pertinente en efficacité énergétique
- Détenir une licence de l’Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (considérée comme un atout)
- Expérience en génie-conseil (considérée comme un atout)
- Sens de l’initiative, souci du détail
- Capacité à travailler en équipe
- Excellente communication en français tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
- Savoir utiliser les logiciels eQuest, et RETScreen (considérés comme des atouts)
- Certifications CEM, PA LEED, agent accrédité en recommissioning et CMVP (considérées comme des atouts)
