GF Piping Systems is a Canadian leader specializing in the manufacture of pre-insulated piping for the municipal, industrial, mining, and district heating sectors for over 50 years. We are seeking an **Inside Sales Representative** for GF Piping Systems Canada in **Vaughan, ON**.
**Summary**:
Reporting to the Director of Customer Service in Vaughan, the Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for responding to customers’ needs, including providing technical information, product submittals, quotations, and processing customer purchase orders. This person will be a key contributor to the company, focusing on strong client retention and satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by proactively following up on their satisfaction with company services and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Serve as the customer's main point of contact, relaying information and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure customer requests are implemented on time, handling logistics such as filing purchases, tracking shipments, and coordinating with other employees to ensure quick delivery of services.
- Respond to customer needs by providing technical information, product submittals, quotations, and processing purchase orders.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and take appropriate action to meet them.
**Requirements**:
- 2 to 4 years of related experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- Proven inside sales experience in an environment requiring technical service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French, with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of customers and provide creative solutions to complaints and concerns.
- Strong client-focused and service-oriented mindset, with a commitment to understanding and fulfilling customer needs.
- Must have excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel is required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
- Data entry skills.
- This position requires to be on site 5 days a week.
