Kitchen Supervisor/line Cook

Arvo Coffee & Wine is looking to add a Kitchen Supervisor/Lead Cook. We are located in the heart of Liberty Village and offer an Aussie style brunch menu every day. This is a full-time permanent role.
**Responsibilities**:
Food Inventory and prep management
Assisting in hiring, management, training, and supervision of kitchen staff.
Coordinate with general manager for kitchen staff scheduling
Managing staff to set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Maintaining standards processes for all stations during prep, service, and close
Maintaining a clean, safe, and effective environment
Overseeing and participating in all BOH activities that require your knowledge and attention
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.50-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
