Auction Product Inputter/ Photographer

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Accurately documenting inventory/products into our database
- Strategically arranging inventory in accordance with guidelines and in order to maximize sales
- Communicating receipt of high valued items and storing these items as directed.
- Photographing Auction items
- Organizing and updating inventory data in our database
- Investigating questions from customers in regards to product specifics
- Retrieving product and order information from previous auctions when required
- Timely reporting of product category shortages and overages
- Some lifting may be required
- Supporting other operational roles whenever necessary i.e., assisting customers, picking orders, putting away product, checking items etc.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Auction experience is an asset but not required
- Must be task focused, fast typer and able to work well under pressure
- Superb attention to detail, communication, and multi-tasking skills
- Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Must have a reliable vehicle as we are not on a public transportation route
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with basic Microsoft software programs: Excel, Word etc.
