**Position Summary**:

The Junior Contract Clerk, reporting to the Legal Compliance and Contracts Manager, will play a critical role in contract generation, pricing uplifts, adding new providers to salesforce accounts, preparing SOWs, and managing inbox of faxes. The Junior Contract Clerk, will be responsible for drafting license and service agreements from approved templates, updating spreadsheets, coordinating signatures, and utilizing software systems such as Salesforce, Zuora, Excel and Word. They will provide effective contract drafting, with the objectives of ensuring compliance with QHR Technologies contractual undertakings and applicable laws and regulations. We are looking for an individual who can support various business functions and provide data entry support. Our company is growing rapidly, and our Junior Contracts Clerk is critical to our success. **Primary Responsibilities**:

- Prepares and modifies contract documentation in accordance with pre-established terms and conditions and utilizes Microsoft Word and Salesforce
- Tracks Contract generation via Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
- Provides support with template maintenance, initial authoring and modifies contract documentation; arranges for sign-off and approval by appropriate parties
- Supports the tracking, monitoring and development of contract negotiation and performance initiatives
- Liaisons with different business stakeholders in order to prepare contracts
- Contributes to maintenance of the contract database
- Tracks deliverables to ensure contract performance accountability and compliance
- Provides payment links for clients
- Contact Legal Compliance and Contract Manager when appropriate for assistance on contract negotiations
- Assist on price uplifts as needed
- Building salesforce accounts and opportunities
- Processing SOWs
- Anything else deemed necessary by the department
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal departments and teams

**Qualifications, Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Experience in contracts management, including drafting and preparation of contracts.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology
- Exemplify a strong attention to detail
- Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- Capable of professionally managing confidential information
- Exemplify creative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task and context-shift; ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a fast-paced, driven team
- Clinical healthcare experience and/or experience with Accuro an asset

**Assets**
- Knowledge of Salesforce; Zuora; Docusign; Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge of Canadian Healthcare professionals’ workflows
- Transferable legal related skills

**Compensation and Logistics**:

- Base salary, variable bonus established at the corporate level, competitive benefits package
- Full-time, permanent
- No travel required
