AutoPlanet Brampton is looking for a **Concierge** to join their dynamic team.

**Here’s what you’ll deliver**:

- Greet customers and log them into our CRM tool.
- Introduce/guide customers to their requested personnel/department.
- Restock the coffee machines and ensure the area is presentable and clean.
- Some administrative duties and covering reception if needed.
- Stock in any vehicles that have come in.
- Provide exceptional customer service that exemplifies our dealership.
- Provide valet service to clients to and from the dealerships
- Other duties as assigned by management

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Post secondary degree or diploma.
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- Professional and confident with frequent customer interaction.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Proven self-starter that can work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of vehicle makes and models.
- Merchandising experience is an asset.
- Excellent attention to detail.

**This compensation range will be based on knowledge and experience**

**Job Type**: Part Time - Permanent
**Salary**: $17.00 per hour
