**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform on-site measurements using laser tools and document details for floor plan creation.
- Draft precise floor plans using SoftPlan software on Microsoft Surface tablets, benefiting from CAD software experience.
- Process and refine drawings remotely, ensuring adherence to Realfoto’s quality standards.
- Act as Realfoto’s representative to clients, upholding exceptional customer service and professionalism.
- Handle sign post installations and manage sign equipment on-site.
- Travel to locations within the CRD and to international sites for specific projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional attention to detail and spatial awareness.
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
- Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, navigate various property layouts, lift heavy items, and manage sign installation equipment.
- Valid Class 5 or 7(N) BC Driver's Licence.
- Experience with SoftPlan, CAD/BIM, or Adobe Creative Suite highly desirable.
- Outstanding customer service skills, efficient time management, and the capacity to work independently.
- Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.

**Hours**

Monday - Friday, between the hours of 9am - 5pm.

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
