The TORONTO EAST office of Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate Care Professionals
- Preferred you reside in Scaborough, East York or the Beaches area*
- Make sure to attach your resume*
- We DO NOT sponsor out of country applicants*
- We are located in Toronto, Canada*
- Must be eligible to work in Canada*

**Available for**:

- Monday to Friday Days, Afternoons & Overnights
- Weekends ALL shift times

Pay Rates - $16.55 - $18.50 per hour

**Duties include**:

- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Providing personal care to clients (bathing, brief changes, grooming)
- Assistance with ambulation, transfers, daily exercises, and walking
- Managing Alzheimer's & Dementia Care needs
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner

**Hiring Requirements**:

- Successfully complete a mandatory criminal background check
- Experience caring for the elderly
- Speak fluent English
- Have a cellular smartphone
- Must have proof of 2 Covid-19 vaccinations to meet our mandatory vaccination policy
- Have the physical ability to perform the functions of the job descriptions and the ability to lift 25lbs
