**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare services and treatments to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment. Your expertise in various aesthetic procedures will help clients achieve their beauty goals, while your ability to communicate effectively will enhance their overall experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
- Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Deliver outstanding hospitality by creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for clients.
- Offer hair styling services as needed, ensuring clients leave feeling their best.
- Provide nail care treatments such as manicures and pedicures.
- Upsell products and services that align with client needs and preferences.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare products and techniques.
- Engage in retail sales by promoting skincare products available at the facility.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Experience in front desk operations is a plus, enhancing client interactions from the first point of contact.
- Background in hospitality to ensure a pleasant experience for all clients.
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with nail care practices is preferred.
- Ability to upsell services and products confidently while maintaining a positive client relationship.
- Experience conducting product demos to showcase benefits effectively.
- Certification or licensure as an Aesthetician in accordance with state regulations.
