The Accounting Coordinator will focus specifically on preparing accurate and timely invoices for all projects. Working closely with cost control and the project management team, this role is fundamental in providing prompt reports and information to support the management of change and to meet client reporting requirements. Working with various information systems, the Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring project coding structures and budgets are updated and accurate, and will oversee the change management system to ensure project change notices are entered timely. This position will assist with compiling meaningful and accurate historical data for project analysis as well as produce incurred revenue reports and play a critical role in ensuring the invoicing schedule maintains progress.
