Job description

Our growing firm is seeking an associate to add to our practice in Vancouver or Langley. The successful applicant will enjoy a great work culture, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement.
- 1-6 years experience in the practice of law
- a client centered approach, with excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
- the ability to handle the volume of a busy practice as well as manage deadlines;
- excellent organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail;
- strong analytical and drafting skills;
- entrepreneurial spirit with ambition to build a long term practice; and
- the ability to work both independently and as part of a collegial team.

We will provide the successful applicant with:

- a competitive compensation structure based on your experience, practice and goals;
- skillset development and mentorship opportunities; and
- flexible work arrangements, including an opportunity to work in Langley, Vancouver or both locations as well as hybrid remote work.

We would be open to offering a salary, fee split, or a combination of the two, depending on your experience, portable practice and personal goals.

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
