**Quality Specialist - Desjardins Agent Team Member - MARKHAM, ON/SCARBOROUGH,ON**

**Responsibilities**:

- Review quotes, newly bound policies and policy modifications for licensed team members, ensuring all binding authority, underwriting guidelines and Regulatory standards are adhered to
- Record and track audited results for each team member, and overall progress of the team
- Review and analyze informational reports to glean trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Recommend actions plans and best office practices that will contribute to continuous improvement, in quality and front-line underwriting
- Provide guidance, mentorship and support to licensed team members in the areas of front-line underwriting and quality of information
- Contribute to a positive environment through teamwork, an enthusiast spirit to coach, onboarding new team members and facilitating training when needed as a scaffold team learnings
- Summarize and report findings to Agent and Agent's Assistant on a weekly basis
- Collaborate with Agent and Agent's Assistant to evaluate team's overall performance and progress
- Liaise with operational partners as needed to confirm policy issuance, endorsements, forms, etc

**Experience/ Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years related Personal Lines Underwriting experience
- Have an OTL or RIBO license
- Knowledge of commercial insurance policy forms and regulatory requirements is an asset
- CIP Designation preferred but not required.

**Total Compensation Range (Salary & Bonus): $65-75K Base Salary**
