Corporate Paraprofessional/ Legal Assistant

We are looking for an individual who is detailed oriented, confident and self-motivated and who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment and has a proven track record supporting teams and lawyers.
- Minimum 5 years' experience working as a legal assistant, with a focus in Corporate Law
- Experience working with the ISC platform for Saskatchewan Corporate Registry and Land Titles Registry, and including but not limited to filings, submissions and reporting
- Knowledge and experience with incorporations, business name registrations, extra-provincial registrations, limited partnership registrations, amalgamations, dissolutions and submissions of the same with Saskatchewan Corporate Registry and Corporations Canada
- Drafting, editing and review of complex legal agreements and documents
- Knowledge of the SEDI website and SEDAR platform, considered an asset
- Knowledge of legal rules and Business Acts of procedure to ensure compliance
- Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite package including, Word, Excel and Outlook
