The tasks consist of:
Manage your team made up of 10 forklift drivers.
Coordinate the loading and unloading operations of the freight.
Conduct regular team and individual meetings to share tasks, follow up on started tasks and performances.
Intervene in situations requiring solutions and decisions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's processes to always provide the best service.
Participate in loading and unloading operations when your team needs support.
Perform related tasks to assist your team.

**Requirements**:
You have experience in staff management on a transport dock.
You have at least 5 years of experience in the transportation field.
You have already driven electric forklifts, or any other related experience.
If you can speak French that would be a plus, but it is not required.

You will oversee a team; it is natural that you are in control when making decisions.
Your motivation at work is contagious; you spread it to your team and your colleagues.
Organizing your team's tasks will be a breeze; your planning skills are sharp.
You are known to have a strong leadership spirit.
