Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and overall performance of the store
- Provide leadership and support to retail staff, including training development
- Drive sales by ensuring excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy
- Recruit, train, and motivate retail team members
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandising to optimize sales
- Analyze market trends, negotiate with suppliers, and implement effective pricing strategies
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on sales targets and performance goals

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales and management
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and sales management
- Ability to recruit, train, and retain top talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers
- Knowledge of store management best practices

Pay: Up to $40.38 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
