***What we're looking for**

Reporting to the Director, Operational Resilience, you will provide support to other department members to help ensure the organization achieves a suitable level of operational resilience. You will work with a team of operational resilience management professionals, within a dotted-line reporting structure involving multiple departments. You will assist with special projects and provide general support for the team’s endeavours.

Main responsibilities:

- Carry out research to identify best business practices;
- Contribute to the selection of and migration toward a new emergency mass notification system.
- Improve the approach and tools used in connection with the group travel protocol;
- Help fellow department members update operational impact reports, continuity plans, IT contingency plans and crisis management plans, based on a pre-established schedule;
- Contribute to developing exercises, tests, training and awareness activities for all Ivanhoé Cambridge units with regard to operational resilience, business continuity, IT contingency and corporate security;

**Key qualifications required**
- Enrolment in a bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: process improvement, human resources, procurement, operational risk management, change management, project management, business continuity, security/criminology, information security;
- Knowledge of resilience practices, business continuity and risk management, an asset;
- Familiarity with Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.);
- Aptitude for learning new software quickly;
- Results-driven;
- Team player;
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
