**About the Position**: The Converting Packer will assist the Operator in preparing finished products for shipment.

**What you will do as a Converting Packer**:

- Strictly adheres to the company policies and procedures
- Performs first-off quality inspection with another operator to check that product meets customers’ requirements
- Neatly packs product in cartons as per docket specification
- Places boxes on skid with appropriate labels to prepare for shipping
- Maintain a clean working area
- Assist in any other duties required by the Converting Machine Operator

Requirements (Job Specification)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or related field is preferred
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and desire to work with other team members

**Schedule**: Flex Life Schedule
- 12-hour shift, 3 days per week
- Rotating every 2 weeks days and nights (7:00AM to 7:00pm OR 7:00pm to 7:00AM)

- Must be able to reliably commute to work - own transportation.
