**The Opportunity**: We are looking for a vibrant & highly motivated KeyHolder/Supervisor to provide best-in-class employee and customer experiences alike.

The Keyholder is responsible for guiding our customers through their retail experience by providing a world class customer service experience. The Keyholder will help to create a comforting environment for each customer by creating a unique experience tailored specifically to each individual customer. The Keyholder will build rapport with their customers, understand their needs, and deliver value by asking questions and educating each customer throughout their experience. The Keyholder will support the Store Manager in administering company policies and procedures, while overseeing daily operations; including staff management, inventory management and business analytics. This position will report directly to the Store Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Educating and guiding our customers through their cannabis experience
- Building rapport with customers by tailoring services and product offerings to each customer
- Processing payments using POS system
- Ensuring store cleanliness and tidiness is kept at all times
- Contributing towards and driving the positive culture of the store
- Recruiting new team members from within the community
- Providing world class service to both customers and team members
- Resolving customer concerns in a timely fashion
- Merchandising guidelines are executed as required
- Training team members on all aspects of the business to ensure strong team cohesion and succession planning
- Implementing store policies and processes
- Ensuring store needs are met through the implementation of scheduling guidelines and the monitoring and evaluation of key associate metrics
- Will be expected to uphold high levels in visual merchandising
- Support the implementation of policies and procedures
- Providing world class service to both customers and team members
- Resolving customer concerns in a timely fashion
- Merchandising guidelines are executed as required
- Reviewing detailed business analytic reports that inform store tasks and actions to ensure world class retail experience
- Training team members on all aspects of the business to ensure strong team cohesion and succession planning
- Lead by example (Be willing to put in the work)
- Ensuring store needs are met through the implementation of scheduling guidelines and the monitoring and evaluation of key associate metrics
- Communicating performance expectations to team members on an ongoing basis using both formal and informal mentoring, coaching and feedback
- Determine workload of team members to ensure well operated store that adheres to regulations in all aspects of the business
- Will be expected to uphold high levels in visual merchandising
- Developing a store culture of positivity and inclusion
- Make local deliveries

**Who you are**:

- Minimum of one - three years of retail or hospitality management experience
- A coaching mentality this position is expected to provide daily feedback to all positions
- Must have experience and understanding of business metrics and be results oriented
- Ability to be agile and adaptive to changing priorities from guests and leadership
- Can demonstrate strong communication skills especially as it relates to performance management of team members
- Ability to support the execution of corporate policies and procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
