Daycare Worker Substitute

**Overview**:
We’re seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Daycare Worker Substitute to join our team In this flexible role, you’ll support educators, provide pedagogical assistance, and ensure a nurturing environment for the children in our care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Step in during staff absences to maintain continuity of care.
- Assist educators in daily activities, child supervision, and creating an engaging learning environment.
- Support the center’s curriculum and uphold its standards.

**Schedule**: 8-40 hours per week, based on need.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working with children (preferred).
- Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive environment.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
