Maintenance Supervisor

Duties:

- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems
- Manage projects related to equipment installation, upgrades, and repairs
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment performance
- Coordinate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to support maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory

Qualifications:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Extensive knowledge of high voltage electrical systems and safety protocols
- Experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing low voltage electrical systems
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement appropriate solutions
- Prior experience in a maintenance supervisor or similar role is preferred
