We are seeking an experienced and skilled Grill Cook to join our opening team at our new steak house located in the prestigious neighborhood of Lorne Park. Our restaurant is poised to become a premier destination in the area, attracting many regulars, and we are looking for individuals who are committed to providing the highest quality dining experience.

As a Grill Cook, you will play a key role in preparing a wide range of dishes with a focus on grilling. You will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes are cooked to the highest standard and in a timely manner. In addition, you will be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, comply with food safety and hygiene standards, and work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a range of dishes with a focus on grilling, ensuring that all dishes are cooked to the highest standard and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, complying with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Work effectively as part of a team, communicating effectively with other kitchen staff and the Chef.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications accurately.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Grill Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- Strong grilling skills, with a solid understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure kitchen environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to providing the highest quality dining experience.
- A passion for food and a desire to contribute to the success of the kitchen.
