Location: Edmonton, AB

Eden Textile and its direct-to-consumer brand, Skylark+Owl Linen Co., are seeking a highly organized and motivated Part-Time Associate to support our daily operations. In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service by assisting our customers with any questions or concerns they may have, and by ensuring the accuracy of customer orders from entry to shipping. You'll also have the opportunity to work closely with various departments and gain valuable experience in different aspects of office work, including marketing, manufacturing, sales, and more.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Provide top-notch customer service to Skylark+Owl Customers
- Ensure the accuracy of orders from entry to shipping.
- Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Support various departments as needed and have the opportunity to learn about different positions within the office.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- High school diploma
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong understanding of operating systems and Microsoft Office programs
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills

**Additional Qualifications**
- Experience in an office environment would be considered an asset
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or other graphic design programs would be considered an asset
