**Responsibilities**:
As a Hybrid Seasonal Tax Preparer at Your Bottom Line, your role will be instrumental in assisting our clients with their tax needs during the upcoming tax season. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Client Document Review**: Review electronic documents submitted by clients to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicating with clients, providing support, and addressing their questions, regardless of their level of financial knowledge, while managing their expectations regarding the tax process.
- **Draft Tax Return**: Using our electronic systems and Tax Software (TaxCycle), preparing a draft personal tax return based on the provided documentation.
- **Quality Control**: Conducting a meticulous review of the draft return to ensure accuracy and compliance with Canadian tax regulations.
- **High-Volume Work**: Managing a high volume of client interactions and tax returns efficiently and professionally.
- **Team Collaboration**:Collaborating with senior staff to submit draft returns for their review and guidance. Collaborating with billing staff to submit invoices to clients.

**Qualifications**:
To excel in this role, you should have:

- Proficiency in TaxCycle
- Strong knowledge of Canadian tax regulations.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Prior experience with Karbon or a similar workflow management system would be a strong asset
